Family Albums Family Albums
Often parents and grandparents wish to acquire an album of wedding pictures. Heirloom Portraits has assembled several options to satisfy these needs. The family may select from the photographs taken to create:

  • A TAP Album with 24 (5X7s) for $380
  • A TAP Album with 36 (5X7s) for $533
  • A Smaller TAP Album with 24 (4X5s) for $325
  • A Smaller TAP Album with 36 (4X5s) for $444

TAP Albums are pin-hinge albums manufactured by the Tapprell Loomis Company. They come in several colors and feature white mats holding the photographs.

 

Preview Wedding Preview Portfolios
Portfolios remain the property of Heirloom Portraits, but may be purchased for an additional $125.00 (except the Manhattan Wedding).

 

Preview Wedding Prices for Additional Prints
Wedding and engagement photographs may be purchased for additional prices. Please inquire for a list of sizes and costs.

 

Wedding Contract

Retainer: We ask for a $300 retainer to reserve your wedding date. This retainer is applied to the wedding package which you select.

Wedding Package: Please select a package at least two weeks before your wedding, visit with us to finalize details, and complete payment on the package by the wedding date.

Travel: We will travel up to a 65 mile radius at no charge. Heirloom Portraits has photographed weddings in parts of Kansas and the Midwest as well as several other states  and can arrange travel costs upon request.

Contract: We provide a wedding photography contract prior to the wedding which helps us keep track of the details of your wedding coverage and outlines your rights.

Note: Preview portfolios are a spiral bound 10X 13 inch album in a black leather style cover. Each page contains six images of the wedding festivities. Preview portfolios as well as all prints in albums and special order prints are conventional wet-process photographic prints on Kodak or Fuji photographic paper and have a protective coating.

Note: As with photographs at all professional studios, work at every stage is protected by copyright law. Clients purchasing negatives or digital images procure a limited use license, however copyright is held by the studio.
